My story
Queen is a sweet girl looking for a wonderful home to spoil her! She still has plenty of energy, likes to play with toys and enjoys a good nap at the end of the day. She has lived with other dogs in the past. She's a diamond in the rough!
Here is what a volunteer had to say after taking Queen out for Doggy Day Out 7/24:
"She just wants to love everyone and get petted. She is such a snuggle bug and just wants to follow you around and snuggle. The most perfect dog! She is just so good and laid back with everything. She would be the most perfect couch potato. Amazing in the house. She just sniffed around once then laid down, fully on her stomach haha. If you moved she wanted to be by you. It was adorable. She makes a little warbling sound when she is really happy. Gets along with everyone, and is not high maintenance just wants love. If you want a snuggle bug she is your gal!"
What all did we do together on our Doggy Day Out? Hung out at home together, Got a pup-cup at Starbucks, Went to the columns and treats unleashed!
How did your CMHS dog do in the car? She was only a little nervous. A little bit of quiet panting and she wanted the air to blow directly into her face but thats it.
What are three words you would use to describe this animal? loveable, happy, sweet as can be
I am: social and fun, calm and laidback
My leash skills are: B - pretty good
Today on my adventure I encountered: Unknown Adults
How did I react when I saw/met unknown adults outside? She was amazing! She just wagged her tail and wanted everyone to pet her. No jumping at all. She was never nervous just laid back.
Here is what a volunteer had to say after spending time with Queen on 7/6:
"She was a little shy at first, but once she got to know me she was all over me! She kisses a lot and she loves to be by you. Butt scratches are her kryptonite. If you scratch her butt her legs will give out and she will just plop in your lap! She is just the sweetest and best girl out there! She's a puppy in an adult dog's body."
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Queen, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
